Desert Storm Army Veteran Bill Richards captivates "Freedom" with his musical and his artistic entry of the American Bald Eagle.

Mr. Richards put on a full concert at the Veterans Park performing Bluegrass, Elvis, Johnny Cash and other Country Hits. It's his goal to establish that veterans should involved in the creative arts to help battle PTSD, Anxiety and depression.
